I appreciate all the wonderful posts on this website but I must admit I am a bit annoyed by the use of the directing website http://anonym.to/ for images on this website. I recognize the security and bandwidth reasons (or maybe to stop leeches from downloading too many images) but is it really necessary to apply this directing website to every single image on the website? I wouldn't have a problem with it but makes it unnecessarily longer to download full sets of images to use for personal usage. If I am the only poster bothered by this I will quiet down but what are other people's thoughts on this matter?
If this is posted the wrong forum, please tell me.

Re: Anonym.to discussion
I'm thinking about the, TJ, but:
1) Use a tab-enabled browser. You can right-click all images and advise your Browser (Firefox in my case) to pen the link in a new tab. they will be loaded completely when you clicked the last pic. this is what I am doing and it works fine
2) We don't have to host the pics on an external source - you are able to attach the pics directly to the boards post - than you don't have to wait until anon.to has finished it's work.
Maybe I will remove this feature some day but after loosing two versions of the board in the past we decided to be careful this time...

Thanks for the tips, I definitly agree we have to play it safe especially after the second incarnation of this website.

To bring this up again:
During the last board-update I decided to disable the anonym.to hack
All links will lead you to the target directly
